Horrible customer service - rude and unprofessional staff.Went to this place for the first (and last) to get my dresses dry cleaned a couple of weeks ago. The young lady who served me at the time was lovely. But when I went to pick up my dresses today, an middle aged lady that served me was rude and hostile because I didn’t bring the ticket. She repeatedly yelled at me to give her the ticket that I don’t have, after I told her 3 times I do not have any ticket and asked her to look me up using other details, she let out a massive sigh and asked me to bring the ticket in a demeaning tone - I believe this is probably because they were closing soon and she already turned off the computer and now had to turn it back on. First, I was not given any ticket whatsoever. All my details were entered into a computer by the young lady so I thought maybe they don’t need a ticket, hence I didn’t ask for 1. Second, even if the customer doesn’t have the ticket for whatever reason - it is extremely unacceptable to yell at a customer like that. Last, yes I understand it’s annoying to turn the computer back on when you already shut everything. But it’s still 10 more mins before the closing time so you are technically still in business - and it took you 10 seconds at most to locate me and my dresses.An ok experience start that turned into a horrible experience at the end. Needless to say I will never come back and will not recommend my friends that live nearby to come here either.

I called to find out how much they will charge to shorten a dress. I was told by someone who could hardly speak English that they don't do that type of work. How did they get good reviews I wonder. Hilarious situation when people who do alterations can't shorten a dress

Always had a good experience with this store however it is now closed permanently so hopefully someone will ready this and save this a trip to an empty storefront

Shocking experience. I dropped off my $400 brand new dress to get shortened. On the day of collection I arrived to be told that they lost the measurements and that they called me to tell me to come again. I checked my phone and they tried to call me half an hour earlier? I turned up a week later and the alteration was great however I noticed a big stain at the back of my dress. First they tried to tell me it was already there which it wasn't. Then they took it upon themselves to dry clean it. Again the day I was supposed to collect it they told me the stain didn't come out and when do i need the dress by again? Seeing this was 2 days before the wedding I had to collect the dress. I went to pick it up and they told me to come back at 4.00pm?? They could have told me that over the phone? When i finally picked it up the lady was rude and couldn't wait to get me out of the shop. I wanted to tell all the customers there not to use their service but decided against it. Terrible place.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. They were able to alter my pants to a comfortable fit within a small timeframe.

Wonderful job dry cleaning with my suit and pants. As good as new now. Service was fast, easy and concise. Great location too
