Nespresso Boutique Bondi Junction

Such a wonderful experience when you go into the store. Jackie was so helpful and suggested a few new coffees to try. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has the loveliest, thoughtful manner. Every time I go into this store the experience has been exceptional and it reminds me why I should not get my coffee order online. They really understand their coffees and what a true coffee drinker appreciates. They take as much time as possible with you, even if the store is busy - like it was today - Jackie still gave me all the time in the world and was so kind and helpful. I have been in there before and the manager is also exceptional. Truly goes above and beyond expectations. They clearly are very passionate about the product but also very passionate about delivering a wonderful service to their clients!!!

I usually visit the Nespresso Boutique near Martin Place when it is time to purchase new coffee capsules and drop off old ones for recycling, but as I was visiting Bondi Junction today I decided to visit this Boutique instead. A compact store, it is neatly laid out, featuring nice displays of various Nespresso accessories and coffee machines, including the new Vertuo Pop machines.I was having trouble locating the used capsule receptacle, but fear not, a member of staff was immediately there to take two bags of used capsules from me and take care of them. Asking me if I needed anything else, she helped me purchase new capsules quickly and efficiently. She then asked me if I would like a coffee, but as I was pressed for time I had to decline this kind offer.This was yet another enjoyable experience when visiting a Nespresso Boutique, this branch easily matches the high level of customer service we have come to expect from this brand. Recommended.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Right upon entry of the store we were greeted by Jackie who was so kind and very knowledgeable about the nespresso products. She made us both a coffee best suited for our liking which was amazing. If we were not travelling we absolutely would have bought the Vertuo Plus espresso machine from Jackie right then and there. Thanks again!!

Nick the MVP! Came to this store with my gf to have a look at some machine to buy for our new home. Nick greeted us right away and explained everything needed about machines we were interested in…also made some coffees for us while explaining more about “subscription plans”. Judging by his knowledge and approach we thought he worked there for at least a year! Only after 10 minutes we noticed name tag says “trainee”. His knowledge and customer service was excellent!…wish this level of customer service wouldn’t be so rare to find! Thanks Nick!

Besides the great products, the folks at this store are super professional and helpful. Their product knowledge on the different Nespresso machine s are second to none. The service at the coffee tasting bar is also super fast, then had soy milk.

The staff are so lovely and friendly at the Nespresso Boutique store in Bondi Junction. They will even make you coffee in all of the different flavours and strengths for you to try and see which ones you like best. The products are all very cool and they will even give you recycling bags to take home so you can put your empty coffee pods in. When the bag is full you can also take it back to the store so they can recycle it for you.

I saw Jacqui today and was so grateful we crossed paths and she was able to help me and my wife with a new coffee machine. She was professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully specious shop. No wait in the queue. Offered a coffee while I was there.They accept your used pods for recycling no problem.
