Rude af lady served me and made the worst coffee ever the coffee shot had been sitting there and she used it and it was burnt, was not friendly , there was no other customers there and felt like I was making her work? Will never go back to that one again, had to throw away the coffee.

Good look, good service and great variety of delicious donuts. My Sunday morning treat is hot cinnamon donuts with my coffee. Then when I finish a couple of jam and cream eclairs go home with me. Homer Simpson is right....DONUTS RULE.

I've been here a few times, and the coffee is great. The donuts are too. You just can't beat a fresh cinnamon donut. Only thing I will say is they dont put enough flavouring in the milkshakes compared to other Donut Kings and cafes, so they can be quite bland. The older lady there out of the three ladies isn't pleasant and won't greet you with anything other than a judgemental stare. Otherwise, a great stop when we are in the area.

My wife & I have had milkshakes at a number of Donut King stores but the chocolate (me) & vanilla (wife) milkshakes we had at this store were the worst, watery & almost flavourless. Despite my greeting. the woman serving was surly & her only remark was Yes?". Will not patronise this franchise again"

Today 4th June near 12:30pm I was served by a very rude lady. She had just finished serving a customer and I lined up next and her response was ‘oh my God, what do you want?’. I didn’t want to react so I then asked her for a hot dog and she began to make it with such attitude. As she’s finished putting the hot dog together and placed it in the paper-bag, she slammed the hotdog on the counter saying ‘there’ and half the sausage has fallen out of the bread touching the counter. She noticed and saw I was surprised by this action so she’s tried to smile and be nice saying ‘oh do you want more sauce?’ and I said no thank you. Took the hot dog and left.Please don’t give me the ‘Sorry to hear about your experience… please contact support’ response because I will escalate.Just take action against said employee so others don’t have to deal with the same poor customer service.

Was there this afternoon and just had to walk away, I approached the counter to make a small order with my child, and the woman couldn't of made it more obvious that I was such an inconvenience, the rude eye roll and a snappy yes". I was so uncomfortable especially when I greeted her with an hello how are you before she even looked at me

I've just been there and bought donuts and thickshake. I found there's plastic smell in the shake as well as the icing of the donuts. I didn't finish all coz the taste was really weird. When I went home, I vomited and felt sick.I shouldn't rate any star actually but that was belonged to the service of the staff only.
