STAY AWAY like the plague. Appalling place, appalling staff who blatantly disregard their legal obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. Sold my 6 year old a faulty squishy ball and refused to refund, first saying they don't offer refunds" and then subsequently accusing him of intentionally breaking it. I am sure the ACCC will be interested in conduct of this nature. If they are prepared to rip off a 6 year old

Very rude and did not refund for the wrong product he sold just a couple hours back. My wife had asked for acrylic paint tubes and the person gave her guache paint tubes. She was rushing so did not realise as the packaging was similar to one we had seen before at other place. (And not have much idea about painting stuffs as well, as she is planning to learn it now) After coming back home she realised he had sold her the wrong product. I went back and asked for the acrylic paint tubes and he said it is not there, which I was expecting him to tell her before selling the wrong product. Asking for a refund he very rudely and bluntly refused and asked to buy soemthing else for that price. Sigh! It was just $6.50 so did not want to spoil my mood arguing about that. Point is how come these policies are allowed and as per ACCC guidelines this is wrong. Not unexpected from this place and several like these who have policies of their own. Just shows the mentality of how much they support their customer and no value nad importance of customer satisfaction. And we are striving to support local businesses in this tough time. How ironical. Not worth the time and effort to complain anywhere, just letting people know what to expect when shopping from there. Never going back anyway!Adding after the response of the owner: yes, I did exchange it for another product as I did not have any other option, ultimately I was forced to business without my will as my money was stuck and you have unethical policy of not refunding in any case. You will be good as long as people don't ask for any refunds. Whole point is about the customer centric policy, which you do not have unfortunately, surprising you don't honour ACCC guidelines.And yes there are still several other businesses also who are taking advantage of this situation to rip the customers, not helping them, but for making profits at this time as well, some of them reported and actioned as well. Just hope you be more friendly with case of refunds in genuine cases rather than playing blame game who is right who is wrong.

Love the place, it has nice decorations and the things are very cheap, would recommend anyone on a tight budget for appliances and all sorts of home stuff, service was very nice and I would have this place as a go too when I need anything.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS!I purchased a tablecloth today and returned home to use it. Upon placing it on the table, I noticed that there were several obvious scratch marks on it. Moreover, the material was of poor quality and was stretched unevenly. So, no matter how it was placed on the flat surface of my dining table, there would be large bumps across the tablecloth.I immediately brought it back to the store to request a refund. She told me that other customers had complained about this tablecloth for the same reasons. This shows that the store continues to sell damaged and poor quality products despite knowing these issues.Not only did she refuse to refund the item, she started to rudely shout at me, raising her phone and threatening to call security. I told her to go ahead with making the call as I knew I was doing nothing wrong. She then suddenly changed her tone and said she would not call security. She continued to refuse to provide a refund and told me to try cutting it up to use on other things.

Its a great place to buy gifts...I have been patronising their store for over a year, and have been happy with all my purchases. Not happy at response my partner was shopping and moved to the side to allow baby with pram pass yet she accidently ran over his foot which caused him to jerk back which caused the shelve to move and a item in next row fell and broke, staff did not even ask what happened just said whos paying for that, my partner and the woman who was sorry agreed to pay half no concern if anyone was hurt, will never shop there again. Not even cost price

The worst shopping experience I have been. After I payed I asked for a plastic bag, the lady said we normally not provide it. She is so rude!!!
