Nucon Concrete Currumbin

The hold music talks about how they have 50 year experience and deal with everything concrete yet they are not willing to share one piece of information. Ben (admin for currumbin branch) was impatient and very abrupt, when querying about how they supply the concrete and whether they have any contacts to aid in the pumping they simply answered “we bring it to you” and “no it’s your problem we just supply concrete”. The customer service was absolutely horrendous from the get go and they actually hung up on us as we were asking them to further explain how they actually supply it etc. We have tried to call back numerous times and have been hung up on every single time. Obviously they (Ben in specific) doesn’t care about customers or making sales.
