Took all day to get the part needed. Forklift got bogged, its raining, ill ring when its ready. No offer of a discount as you've been stuffed around all day. Not a very good business model.They will be last on the list to call next time

Rang up and ordered and paid for a part on Monday 27/6/2022 was told it would be in Tamworth at Taminda Autos on Wednesday, arranged to it pick-up on Thursday morning. Well it wasn't there so I rang only to be told it won't be there now till Monday 4/7/2022. I had been looking for this part for months, so it's not like I left it till the last minute, it has just worked out that way. I had arranged with a mechanic to install it on Saturday 2nd July as it had to go for Pink Slip Monday morning. Not very happy, all I can say is that it better be there Monday morning.

What an absolute joke if you are going to run a business but can't answer the phone maybe you need to invest into a message machine. I have called 3 days in a row and each time after 5mins I'm am hung up on.
