I'm going to echo similar sentiments to what has been posted below. Henry is absolute five-star legend as far as B2C sales goes for us guitarists. Super knowledgable, friendly, and most of all just a professional -- and Guitar Station is a testament of that.The shop floor is decked out with some absolutely stunning pieces and even though I was only browsing, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next instrument or have my babies serviced by the store in the future. I definitely have my eye on a certain Candy Tangerine Tele that I'm just itching to have in my collection!

Purchased a Fender Japanese Heritage Jazzmaster from their online store as a gift and it arrived in perfect condition in the same week! Henry was super helpful and gave me a call straight after to confirm. Connor also assisted in making a small correction to my address. I received regular email updates on its delivery progress. What a great dedicated guitar shop, not a music supermarket. They have a nice range of Fender and Gibson, but I stumbled across this little gem when looking to try a PRS SE .594, Henry answered any questions I had and offered some of his knowledge.

Bought a new butterscotch Tele here using the online store. Henry was super helpful, letting me know where the order was at and getting it into the workshop to be set up the very next day. The day following it was with the courier and on it’s way. Connor did a great job with the setup as it was playing beautifully straight out of the box. Couldn’t be happier with the team at Guitar Station!

Trying to get interested on guitar again after an accident, I called and had a chat about my needs. My questions were answered honestly and without any sales pitch. I ended up with a 60s standard gibson, a dream guitar for me for a long time. Currently going over the sweet child o mine intro trying to be worthy of such a work of art.
