Brent was available to answer questions, even when they didn't' relate to his role in the sales process. If he didn't have the answer he was quick to communicate with the relevant parties to get an answer. Where Brent was unable to provide an answer within a few hours, he communicated this and always followed up. Brent has gone above and beyond where other agents would stop because they have received their commission. Brent's service surpassed our expectations, we highly recommend to anyone.
