DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They claim they use genuine Samsung parts but they DO NOT. The only people able to get Samsung genuine parts are approved Samsung Suppliers which these guys ARE NOT. The closest approved supplier is in Sydney. They broke my phone doing a screen replacement and at the same time, voided my warranty due to using a 3rd party part. I tried to reason with them but they were rude and unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Reported to Fair Trading and Centre Management at Erina Fair.
