Coles Greenvale

Coles Greenvale is nicely located on maim road. it has access grom two sides which make sit easier for customers as they can park on both sides..staff is good. aisles are full with products..parking is free all around the Greenvale shopping centre

Pleasant staff, easy to find things you need to get. Has plenty stock of items you need for your grocery shopping

Its a nice store but I was struggling to find some aloe vera juice so I thought it be easier to ask the staff so I walked up to this older lady with blonde hair and politely asked if they had it and she looked me dead in the eyes and went back to what she was doing! She clearly heard me and chose to ignore me (the store wasnt busy at that time btw) anyway it made me really uncomfortable and I ended up asking someone else who showed me were they were :/

Very good but the parking is quite bad

There's never any stock and it's always been picked over. It's not worth going to and click and collect is just as disappointing with items always out ie. flour?! Just go to Roxxy instead !

Tremendous service could not have asked for better customer service. This absolute bloody legend by the name of Adam was so helpful and efficient in getting my questions and queries fulfilled. 10/10 service would 100% go back just to see that man again and give him a hearty hand shake;)

The staff is the reason I give it 4 stars! They are friendly and courteous ! Unfortunately the down point are...1. If you shop early there isn't any checkouts open except the express and that is difficult to negotiate with a full trolley.2. All the cleaning and reloading of shelves appears to occur in the morning so again if your an early shopper , many things are not on the shelf3. So So many times the sourdough bread isn't cut all the way through and you have to tear it apart and that results in destroyed bread. its pretty much only the sourdough so im not sure if its a machine design issue or an team member error. Its been like this for the last year.4. Displaying that an item is on special and printing its false before special price but finding that the original sticker below is the same as the sale price now shown is pretty morally wrong and probably breaks some consumer rules. I dont think its the fault of Greenvale but a corporate thing. Ive seen heaps of customers complain about how wrong it is!Again , the staff are great and im sure they try their guts out to provide great service !

Despite being a smaller Coles, it is BY FAR the best one in the area in terms of a pleasant shop. Every other store in neighboring areas, Woolies included annoy me for many reasons. Coles Greenvale is always clean, the baskets are always wiped down, the staff are 99% of the time pleasant. The demographic of shoppers are mostly civil and decent, there is no insufferable shouting and carrying on that is a commonplace in other supermarkets, so that alone is a saving grace. I, am not a Karen, I enjoy a hectic, bazaar atmosphere like Footscray or Springvale markets from time to time but what I do not enjoy are Eshays spilling their dramas out in public in front of families and small children scuffling over nothing sending Security in a frenzy or scumbag ferals causing a scene shrieking about their rights and how violated they are while threatening nonexistent lawsuits while I am trying to quietly shop THAT of which Coles Greenvale is void of....thankfully!
