Queenstown Library
Visited the Queenstown library last Thursday 3 December 2015 and was very excited about having a look around and interacting with library staff, having a mutual interest of being a librarian. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer focus and attention. The staff manning the desk could not have been bothered greeting, responding or interacting with me as a customer who walked in the entrance of their library. They appeared too busy focusing on their Xmas headwear attire and talking with each other to even respond to my good morning. What a disappointing and sad visit to a library.Nyree TerryRutherglen Victoria.

Some of the staff are kind, but sometimes I feel that they don't appreciate their jobs.Its like it's all to much bother. I think there very competent though.

Awesome library for little ones. Lots of books to read and big pillows to sit on together. Probably a better library than the one we normally go to in metro perth. Heaps of toys as well like Lego and zoobs. Shame the woman who I spoke to got a bit defensive when I asked if there was only one playground in town! The library itself was great and very clean changing facilities too.
