The butcher was not nice at all with no remorse to the idea that he had to treat all the customers the same and uphold the integrity of the business and customer service.

Excellent butchers with good quality meat, they even had live WA marron which were a treat. Cooked up a delicious surf and turf with their wagyu and marron. Friendly service, quality meats the two things you want from a butcher.

I bought there several different cuts. I was very disappointed with the quality of the meat. They use meat-glue. Not only it’s not professional, it’s also not healthy for you. The cuts look really good, but don’t let it mislead you.It’s fair to say that the service was very kind and the prices are reasonable.Though, I won’t come back there as I prefer real quality and healthy meat.

Phenomenal service. Just about the friendliest butcher I've come across in my travels. They are totally dedicated to making sure you get what you want and aren't interested in upselling, just making sure you're taken care of for what you need. Will happily recommend based on your tastes and budget and obviously love their products themselves. I would unironically consider driving hours to them just for their amazing ribs and steaks. 5 stars isn't enough;Special shoutout for writing down all the instructions for how to get the most out of the meat and the best way to cook them all. I couldn't ask more from a butcher and wish I could support them more frequently. Well done to every single staff member, you're all superstars.

Great meats. They also have seasonings available and some good advice on prepping and grilling.

Great selection of meats and very catering staff. They source all their meat locally from grass fed cattle.
