ordered multiple times online and been things out of mine and the staffs control like sizes not fitting or clothing pieces being out of stock but the way they tackle it and communicate is unreal, quick and satisfying responses from the team, overall there customer service and clothing quality is top tier

Came down to the store with my mate and the store was sick so cool and so good for getting out of the hot weather, the bloke running the shop lukas was so good to talk to and was really helpful. I bought a t shirt and it's so comfy and great quality. Will definitely buy again such a sick atmosphere

I ordered online with Ichpig, and after a couple weeks I had not heard anything about my order (This is not the norm as I have ordered with them before). I followed up with them and was amazed at how quickly they resolved my issue. Unfortunately my item was out of stock, but they offered me an exchange of item which was of higher value, and shipped my order out to me the same day I had contacted them. Fantastic customer service and resolution.P.S the quality of these hoodies is incredible! I am only buying my boyfriend this brand from now on!

Drove from Richmond to Brunswick to check out the store in person yesterday. It more than delivered! The lady who greeted me - sorry I didn't catch her name - was super friendly & helpful. She was super knowledgeable and explained to me the pro's & con's of some of the gear and how it would suit my needs. I copped some tees & am super happy with the purchase. Purchased an Explorer Panel 1/4 Zip before going overseas and was blown away by the quality and fit. Comfortable, tidy finishing and can tell it’s well made. Bought it in store and was a really good experience. Would highly recommend and will be stocking up on a few winter goods.

Absolutely lovely lads and even more lovelier (?) garments. I effectively live between my seven or so pieces, and am wearing three of them as I write this. The handful of issues I've had, such as shrinking or loose threads etc the crew have been excellent to deal with, and really receptive. Otherwise, great fits across multiple sizes, and one of the few places where I can look at the price tag and think yeah this is actually locally based"."
