Horrific. The sort of place where you wipe your feet on the way out. Avoid if you can. Urinals blocked and overflowing, don’t seem to get cleaned much despite being in a high traffic area and even during big events like Friday street eats @ Franko

Its a tipcal spot to take a sesh and you will always smell ganja. There is a reasonable amount of police there as well
