What a great bunch of guys! Took my car here for the first time a few weeks ago for a service. Friendly service, great work and very reasonable pricing. Had a separate issue with my car a couple of days ago. They got the parts up from Melbourne the next day and fit me in immediately to rectify. Running beautifully. Customer service is outstanding! Found my new mechanic

It was great, usually my dad takes my car in but it was finally my turn. They treated me great and the pricing was fantastic especially with the quality I received. Would 10/10 recommend this business to my friends and family!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.I took my car in for a pink slip. They failed me and advised me that my tyres were bold… they were hardly a few months old!!I took my car somewhere else and had no issue getting a pink slip. The other mechanic laughed when I mentioned what happened and told me that they were trying to scam me because my tyres were in perfect condition.Why are people like this?!

If you want sub-standard service, give them a try. Perhaps they just don't like Toyota Landcruiser and are happy living from the business they have with the vehicles they prefer to work on. I went in for a pink slip, resulting in the rear main oil seal being replaced along with the clutch, due to the labour cost warranting the decision. $2000 - I was happy to pay. Afterwards: brake fluid cap was missing, starter motor was not bolted back in properly (this may have been an existing problem - benefit of the doubt). The starter motor is an issue now, it won't always start with the key, I get it going though. Granted, they tightened the starter motor bolts up again when I took it back. The owner said he would have to order a brake fluid cap when questioned, I said that was fine. I said I will bring my car back to pay for the starter motor to be replaced (maybe it wasn't their fault). No call. I followed up via the website, gave my mobile phone number and registration plate details in case someone forgot, no call.

Thanks guys, took my Honda in for some brakes and a service, extremely happy with all the work, they definitely looked after her and I’m really happy for that, I would definitely recommend these guys as they will look after your car properly

Overall great experience with helpful staff and helpful mechanics. They took great care of my car and provided me with very helpful service. 10/10 and would recommend them!

I want to give -0 star rating.Useless work shop ever. They really don’t know how to fix car. I never has issues on my car when I serviced by them every week need to go back to them to fix issues . They are zero knowledge about European cars. They don’t know how to set up service schedule and they don’t know how to respect for their customers.

Always great service so easy to deal with, and I love how they let you know prices before going ahead..
