I am a long-time repeat customer of Health Pride and I am very happy with their service. There is an interesting range of products at reasonable prices, shipping is reliable and Customer Service is first rate - courteous, friendly, efficient and always helpful. I would recommend Health Pride to anyone looking for something different and excellent service.

No stars for these jokers. They had not even picked my order when I rang to enquire after 8 days. Called me Love repeatedly and generally couldnt give a shift. Pathetic.

I ordered the mystery fashion bundle for mum and we so excited to receive a great variety of high quality clothes for a reasonable price! Mum was so thrilled to get all the beautiful designs and they all looked amazing on her! I even took mum out to lunch wearing one of her new outfits. I also ordered an adjustable watch that mum loves too.Thank you so much, you made our day, and I will be shopping again!

I always had to cover the vegetable garden so that the birds and the neighbour’s cats wouldn’t dig around the garden. But since I bought 3 Garden cats and a Bird Barrier, neither a cat nor a bird has come to my garden. Even my husband noticed he could no longer see the birds in the garden. I placed the cats in the vegetable garden and the Bird barrier on the fig tree. Many thanks to Health Pride for such successful items that protect my garden from animals.

Need to work on hiring quality people to answer their phones. The lady who answers the phone for enquiries etc is rude and abrupt and questions whenever you make a phone call rather then providing assistance. Postal service is slow along with their ability to fulfil order which takes nearly 3 weeks when most companies now take less then a week to get your goods to you. Poor!

I purchased the fleece bed jacket from the last catalogue. It is beautiful: warm, light and well fitting. The customer service was great. Prompt dispatch, and I received my order in about a week.

Always a great visit here, my elderly mother loves the nighties, dressing gowns and long summery dresses she gets here, and you get to try them on. The staff are always so helpful and kind. Highly recommended place to shop.

Health Pride is in NSW and I live in Adelaide it took 3 and a half weeks to receive my order. I order from other NSW online businesses all the time and it only takes 3 to 5 business days max to receive your order. In 2023 this is totally unacceptable. Also after I gave health pride my email address I started receiving a lot of spam. They obviously sell your email address to 3rd parties to make extra money on the side. I do not recommend this business at all.

Purchased some seeds and other product from this company and have been totally confused with staff as I have spoke to 3 different staff all giving me different stories, goods received are different to illustrations

When buying from Health Pride, just be absolutely certain of your choice. Purchasing on line or even at the warehouse does not always ensure satisfaction due to second thoughts etc...So ; to always be pleased with purchases from Health Pride, ascertain the reason and if product necessary. It is always easy to blame the merchandise rather than oneself. Most products I bought from Health Pride have been of great help and I never tire of them. Especially those novel bric-a-brac that catch easily the attention. They are always improved and refined products which buying them is never a waste of money. Any product; designed with good health ergonomic ease well being and comfort in mind, do not hesitate, buy from Health Pride! They have plenty of those. Not to mention paying by instalments. It takes the burden of paying out of mind!
