The Beauty & Brow Parlour Bankstown Central

I was in the area and walked passed this place. My normal brow place has been shut since COVID so really took a risk going here but it was quick and cheap! $10 for eyebrow threading! Cheapest I have ever paid in Australia! The parlour was clean, they adhered to COVIDSafe practice and took details down for contact tracing. The lady asked if I wanted the gel on my eyebrows after the threading and I said yes and got a nice brow massage too. The only complaint was the lady didn’t show me with a mirror at the end while I was on the seat - Normal etiquette. I thought it was very slightly thinner on my left brow but honestly it was good. Happy with it and if I am ever in the area and need my eyebrows done again I will come here. Thank you!

Supreet is the best with waxing and threading. She is very professional and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Recently visited Friday 5th May 2023. The lady who threaded my brow has taken more than half of my brow off and has dramatically changed the shop of both brows. This threading brow service was meant to be a clean up and instead she has butchered my eyebrows to the point I can not even use an eyebrow pencil to even out brows. She has dramatically thinner my brows!!!! I did not ask for my brows to be thinned I only wanted a clean up and now I have to wait 1-2 months for my brows to grow back. I look ridiculous and extremely distressed about this!! Never returning after frequently using this place!

Please update your business hours, or get your staff to show up on time for work. I have attended the Bankstown store several times and even though it says it opens at 9am, I've always waited until past 9.30am. This is ridiculous. Most days, I've left because even by that time, nobody has shown up. To top it off, they also close early!Your staff really need a customer service haul. They don't know how to talk too and treat them. Like other reviewers, I've seen many people turned away even though they have shown up way before closing time. Honestly, sometimes I'm not sure how your store is still in business.

The girl who threaded my eyebrows was dismissive and rushed through. She spent 2 mins hastily threading, did no after care of lotion or gel and when I asked to tweeze the spare hairs left behind, she was not compliant. I had to wipe my own eyebrows down and before I was even out of the chair (approximately 3 minutes after I’d say into it, she rushed me along by calling up the next customer. The next customer had only arrived a minute before and the place was otherwise empty. Topping it off, my brows are more uneven than when I arrived which I’d specifically noted that I’d grown them out because they are slightly not symmetrical so I asked for her to not overdo them. Poor service, minimal effort and lack of professionalism. Not impressed

I have experienced bad customer service and communication from a lady who was working on Thuersday on 10-5 at 4 pm in Bankstown central. She replied rudely when I asked her what I really want to do for me.She stopped doing the service and told me that I know my job and you can come another time. She did not show any willingness to help or accept my comment.Sooner or later you will lose your customer if you have a staff who don't know how to deal with customers

I usually go here as they do a good job and charge reasonable prices. However, the ladies that work there usually close the shop around 4:30pm even though it says that they are open till 5pm, not to mention if you go early and ask them to do something they refuse as they need to close on time. I mean I got there way before your closing time, if you are closing earlier then the time mentioned on google please update. As it was very disappointing experience.Also went today 25th of February 2023, the lady is skinny and wore a black bindi never seen her before but upon asking mentioned she has been working there for 2 years, anyways she charged me extra for full facial threading. I am a regular at your shop and always have been paying $45 for full face including neck, if you have changed pricing then you need to update as I took a picture of the price list and there was no changes to full face threading price but still lady charged me $50. Look I know it’s only $5 difference and it’s misleading. Will look for other places for threading from now on.

I have requested to make my eyebrows thick and u shape. The lady make it very thin and change my shape very bad. Last time she took out my skin layer from my face while doing upper lips. I am going overseas and really upset to see my bad shape thin eyebrows

Used to be my go-to brow place but i can’t say i’d recommend anyone coming now. Last few experiences were terrible, new staff everytime and their experience is questionable. Came in, asked for a threading service clean up and came out with the thinnest brows. I’m literally traumatised.
