Dr Roux was efficient and professional. I needed a molar removed after a failed root canal with another dentist in Baldivis Square (where it was a very expensive and very painful experience).NO pain at all, tooth was out before i even knew it. Lovely Dental Nurse. Will be returning.

Visited Today for my first time, practice was smart and inviting. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist whom I had a good chat with ,the dentist was very friendly as was very careful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will be returning for future visits.

This dental clinic always has the best interests of the customer in mind. The service is highly professional and wait times for appointments I have found to be minimal. I have had several appointments here and found the cost of these to be very competitive and the results are always outstanding. I can not fault this dentist. Everyone is very friendly and a full consultation is had with the customer prior to any major procedure. Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Service certainly with a smile :)

From the phonecall to reception,to the assistant and then to the dentist himself, all staff deserve a 5 star rating.Lovely staff and great with kids! Gentle and very professional work.Highly reccommend Dr. Roux as a family dentist.

Highly recommend this dental practice, friendly professional and caring staff. Dr Andre made me so at ease and comfortable with my treatments, I fell asleep on the chair. This is proof he is skilled and caring in his profession. Thank you for a great experience, I will definitely be back and will recommend him and his practice to family and friends. 10/10

I left this dentist extremely upset today.I visited him for the first time 2 weeks ago and he explained that the work I would need was going to be $9000. Of course I don’t have that sort of money and he said in South Africa you would pay 1/3 of the price, Australia is very expensive.He then suggested that one option was to go overseas. One of his patients went to a specialist and they wanted $40 000 so he went overseas.he said I would just need to do my research on finding a good specialist over there. I know a couple of friends that did that so I messaged them when I got home.He said he would email me the work that needed to be done.My daughter and dental nurse were both in the room and the receptionist ( that I know) was also aware. She said he would email shortly.A few days later I had not received so I called and she said she would look into it.She called back saying that he wanted me to come back in for a free ten minute consult so he could check the rest of my teeth before he completed what work needed to be done.I felt a bit bad that this was free so I booked in for a clean at the same time.So today I go in and hop in the chair and he asks me what can he do for me today.I replied that he asked me to come in etc.At that point he told me he did not want any affiliation with overseas dentists, he was quite agitated.I said that that was never the intention. I was quite confused now.He then said to me that he did not feel he could do anything for me and removed his gloves.I got up out of the chair and said ok then, I guess I’ll leave.Then I said to him but what about my clean ?I said I was quite confused and he again said well there’s nothing I can do for you and won’t be affiliated with an overseas dentist.I again repeated that if my teeth can’t last the distance before I get overseas then I would come back to have some work done and I still need cleans and check ups and any minor work.He then told me that he felt we had no rapport and so could no longer work on me.I was shocked to say the least. I was stood there in disbelief.I have never ever been treated like that by a medical professional.As I walked out the door I told him how rude I thought he was and he pointed at me and said, see your true colours are showing.Unfortunately my daughter was not there to remind him of the conversation we had last visit and the receptionist that knew about it was on holidays.So I can only presume that he has regretted suggesting I look overseas and then tried to deny that was the conversation.I’m still in shock and I’m still upset.He should behave as a professional health person.

Dr Roux is really welcoming as is his Dental Nurses. Their is no Dental Hygienist at this Dental Practice, The cleaning is done by Dr. André Roux himself. Really modern and Sterile environment.I Highly recommend them.

Saw me for an emergency even though he wasn't my dentist and was absolutely lovely as were the staff. Love the small new well equipped private practice and Location. The doctor was very caring. Thank you so much.
