Very rude worker, zero customer service. Have had excellent experience at other locations, however the worker here was pre occupied in their weekend plans rather than rendering even the most basic assistance.

I have written previously but I would like to acknowledge the excellent service that I always get at your Ingle farm store. Over Christmas I purchased cigarettes and 3 zippo lighters. When I got home I realised I had lost them and promptly rang the store. I had been dealing with Fil who went out of her way to help me find the lighters, made sensible suggestions and promised to look in her own time on her way out of the store for my items. It all ended well with me finding my purchase but I would like to personally thank Fil for her excellent customer service.
