Highly recommend Carl. He came out to us last minute on a weekend, after our evaporative died the afternoon before our child's big birthday party the next morning.Although he wasn't able to fix it on the spot (needed a whole new motor), he was able to concretely diagnose the issue to let us arrange alternate cooling for the birthday party.He then came back on the Monday with part in hand and had us up and running again.We had contact numerous other locals and chains, and none were able to come out on a weekend (despite them claiming to be 24/7, and one even taking our payment to cancel 15 minutes later).Will happily recommend and use C & M again.
