DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Everyone there are rude and disrespectful. Bad Customer service. I’ve waited over 3 hours just to purchase some curtains. Both Melissa and Karen did not know what they were doing, do not understand their products, no knowledge of stocks, took them forever to enter the products through their system. Both talks to their clients with attitude and left us standing at the counter for over 20 mins whilst they were at the back office. You’re better of going elsewhere than wasting your time here.

Went to the store with house plans ie needing a lot of window coverings. I was told “we don’t do that, here, we only have ready made” HELLO IT’S A CURTAIN STORE ! The lady who served me was pleasant and showed me the special make area and display but didn’t ask anymore questions, I was given a brochure for me to call the in home service. I was not asked about any other needs. At the least I thought they would of asked for my details for a rep to contact me. Poor training and poor customer service.

Poor service. Doesn’t really care for the customer needed. Bit of racism. Won’t recommend to anyone especially this place. They should have had a very good business with us because we keen to buy the roller blinds for the whole house but bad luck we gone somewhere else

Nothing like waiting for 10 minutes at the counter waiting to buy my blinds. Not sure if only 1 staff on and if so that's more management for a shop that size and busy.Positive note. Product in stock.

Lucia is the rudest human I have met in my life.Hopefully she is not there anymore, no wonder most of the reviews are 1 star.Did not end up purchasing due to the piss poor customer service

Terrible customer service told there was a wait time of 1 week from a product being sent from Victoria after 4 weeks still no product sales staff told me it was the courier company fault - but the manager informed me the product hadn’t been ordered - when I asked for it to be sent express post they told me no it didn’t fit their rules it had to be couriered - would I waste my time shopping there no but curtain wonderland seem to be making so much money in this climate they don’t need to worry about customer service or even ordering products that they have taken money for . And if you order some curtain hooks online expect to pay $30 in postage - disgusting

What an absolute nightmare! Avoid them at all cost. There installers are unprofessional. Salesman was a flop. He was quick to come out and get measurements make a sale but as soon as the blinds came in and were faulty we could never get in touch with him. We called head office to resolve and no one wants to help. They have made a hole in the wall and can't spend $100 to fix... what a shame.... just a real bad experience and a huge stuff around. Do not waste your money.

Staff looked so unprofessional and scruffy, wearing trackies and hair unbrushed/unkept. Unhelpful with curtain selections and more interested in having a chat to each other. Struggled with a bit of a language barrier at times but another girl took over when this happened. Really really not professional looking and disappointing.

Very good range of curtains and household decor. The service was excellent _ staff are very very helpful and provided me with some good tips. I Also grabbed a couple of fantastic bargains on roller blinds. GREAT shopping experience all round

I had really a very pleasant experience at this store. The sales team were very helpful and patient. Layout of the store p could be improved & the ready-made blinds could do with a better display.
