The best and fair prices! I was with Stella 1 year ago and left because i sold my car and this year i got myself a car again and got with Stella again. They gave me a great deal and helped me through it.

Wouldn't recommend at all!Everything was fine until I had to make a claim..didn't know it was going to be through QBE which are useless.Had a not at fault accident so I was entitled to a hire car but I was covered for hire car regardless which I was paying extra for.. they said they couldn't see it on there system told me to send proof so I sent them exactly what they told me too just to be told that's not enough proof" when clearly it was...Took 6 days just to get me hire car which took away a week of work for me.Process took soooo long I had to call everyday to make sure they were actually doing something. Car was a write off and they took 2 weeks just to tell me that and by the time I got my pay out was almost a month.. absolutely ridiculous

If it is too good to be true it probably isn't.Received a quote, very attractive, when it came to payment the premium increased by £55 to the standard rate level. The quote still says lower value, but you cannot purchase it for that moneyIf they cannot keep their promise for 24hrs what would they do if they had to pay out.I am not willing to test it.

Stella just cancelled my policy without any warning or reason.I have had no claims, and my payments were up to date and no new payment was due.Just sent an email stating my policy is cancelled with no explanation given.Separate issue, Stella only allows automated payments, that have NO way for customers to manually pay. This means you have to have enough money in the correct bank account at whatever time they decide to process payment. It is not possible, even if you call and ask, to pay manually such as by card or bank transfer.

Great sales and customer service initially until we needed to make a claim. Our car was parked stationery at a daycare when someone crashed into the back door which was 2 inches open. They insisted it was our fault once they learnt the other driver wasn’t insured.

Dreadful!!! Their marketing to women and being different is a farce. They are owned by QBE. I have two policies with them & will definitely NOT be renewing with them later this year. Experienced long wait calls (up to 3 hours). They have done nothing about a claim which was lodged in November 2022. Hopeless! Stay well away from them. You have been warned.

I am not a customer here but to get through to the third party team is a beyond a joke! I have been on hold for almost an hour. my car was hit from a customer who is with this company and i was told i cannot get a car until my car is in for repair they could not advise when my car would be in for repair so now i am without a car for who knows how long.

Don't go anywhere near this company. If I could post zero stars I would. My experiences have been disastrous in every area and I cant say any less than fraudsters. Please please anyone tempted by a cheaper quote, keep away because it will cost more in the long term, and you will not get any help, even if you are on the phone to them for two hours. I can't stress enough how bad this company is!!

Reasonably priced, horrific customer service. A Skybus swiped my vehicle on the way to work and I have now waited over 6 weeks for Stella insurance to follow up the claim with Skybus. They do not respond to emails and the phone line I was given for my claim consultant has seemingly been disconnected. They do not care whose fault the accident is actually - either way you have to pay out the excess. Unless the other driver confirms they were at fault. When does that happen .. almost never. Never been so frustrated with a service provider. My car remains unrepaired as I won't pay the excess until they seek the response from the bus company. Don't use them.

I had been a customer of Stella insurance for 1 year, without any claims and or problems. After a year, I was emailed a renewal notice with a $55 admin fee plus a increase on my premium. None of my details had change since taking out a policy, I then called and was advised someone would investigate and get back to me, no one responded and i was charged the admin fee + increased premiums. You would think they would look after existing customers, the answer - no. I then called for a second time and spoke with Linda who advised she could not do anything. Terrible customer service experience overall, I would not recommend using Stella.
