After paying my mattress off over several weeks, it was finally delivered on Saturday & I can honestly say it’s the best, pain free sleep I’ve had in a long time.The lovely Kaitlin at the O’Connor store was instrumental in helping me chose the right mattress. She was honest, down to earth, gave me good & sound advice & has incredible product knowledge.Her integrity impressed me greatly & I hope Forty Winks recognise what an asset she is to the company. Asked for assembly with the bed, told that was fine at the point of purchase; it says its fine on their website too; only for the delivery people to refuse and the store saying they don't offer it and apparently it wasn't added to my order when calling back afterwards.Then why do your staff and website say the opposite?

On Sunday 17 October, we had the pleasure of shopping for a new mattress at the Forty Winks O'Connor store. We were assisted by the friendly, smiling, knowledgeable and down to earth Kelly. She ran us through the bedMATCH® process and then showed us a range of three products that might best suit our needs. We eventually arrived at our decision to buy a top of the range Sealy posturepedic queen sized mattress. Kelly arranged for delivery the next day. We had expected to do the rounds of a number of bed stores but we felt compelled to buy from Kelly given the effort, honesty and professionalism she put into assisting us. She is a credit to Forty Winks - don't let her escape. By the way, we love the new mattress.

Me and my wife wanted to get a new mattress but wasn’t sure which one’s best for us. We were assisted by Tom, who patiently explained us the different types & range of mattresses. We also chose home delivery and as told by Tom, it was delivered within the time frame. Great job. I’m impressed as a first time Forty Wink customer.

We bought a bedroom suite from this store after a flood that caused water damage. Carole the manager was so helpful and patient. The bed was delivered on time but short of some parts. One phone call to Carole and parts were delivered on a Saturday afternoon. Delivery personnel was very friendly too. Great experience.

Visited this Forty Winks on Saturday and we received amazing customer service from Josh who helped us choose our new king bed mattress and gave us a great price. Very excited for our new mattress. Would highly recommend this Forty Winks :)

It was such an easy and pleasurable experience buying my mattress here. Both the saleswomen were really friendly and lovely and knew exactly the mattress I needed. The price was great and delivered a few days later. I'm LOVING my new mattress! So comfortable :-D Thank you!

After searching all local and Osborne park bed shops we purchased a super king bed and mattress from Forty winks just before Xmas and it got delivered before Xmas day, which wasn’t expected at all. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful far beyond standard. I would definitely recommend these guys
