Such a beautiful place...and great service. Sadly my father passed away in South West Rocks North NSW...and insisted on being cremated here...500km away...Laura organised everything...transport hom down...arrange his favourite priest in their lovely chapel...and organised a day for his ashes to be interned into the memorial wall with a blessing from his priest. So easy in such a stressful time. Thanks.Paul Edwards (Melbourne)

The service here isn't great. When I went in to discuss my mother's funeral plans I wasn't offered any condolences which I thought was a bit strange. It was basically straight to business. On the day of the funeral I was berated for accidentally stepping on a memorial plaque of which there were many by the side of the footpath, which was narrow and a strange place to put them. Basically I was yelled at by some large fellow Don't step on the plaques!". When you are grieving for your mother the last thing you need from someone you are paying to conduct her farewell is for them to chastise you loudly in front of friends and relatives. How bloody insensitive! For the slideshow there was no large screen to watch

An important place as both my parents are laid to rest here. Location is peaceful and beautiful with magnificent views and gardens that are always immaculately cared for.

Sadly despite promising that a Zoom meeting would allow people to attend, this did not happen. Family and friends on Brisbane excluded.

This chapel is amazing, it was quaint, personable, clean and fresh with beautiful views through the windows. I was very impressed with the service given including the use of their slide show and music facilities. Well done to management

What a beautiful setting and yes the gardens are amazing. It was a shame that due to social distancing only 10 could enter the chapel and it would have been appreciated if the rest of the group could have waited outside the chapel so we could at least feel included in the service. However we were shoo-ed away to the carpark, presumably it was breaking the rules to be too close to the chapel.
