Thermal Air Conditioning

Unfortunately I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and never have I experienced worse customer service. Avoiding issues and trying to shift blame.

This company has been engaged by our builder Oviya Homes to instal Ducted Heater Units in 2 properties we built in 2017. This company installed MB320i with 11 vents for a 26sq house with ceiling height of 2.7mts. We have contacted the builder as we were not getting any heat in the Master bedroom at all. This company sent their person almost 4 times. Their technicians claim they got 22 years of experience but deny to check room temperature. They just installed new valves to the vents, almost blocked 4 vents. Instead of accepting their fault of not installing required capacity, they went on arguing the unit is right. I got an expert confirmation that the unit is undersized for the property.Now the builder being insolvent, I have approached VMIA and also reported this company to VBA.

They installed heating unit for our home, and don't even have the record for what they have done, charged all the extra fees to come back servicing again for nothing.

Fantastic service, family owned company with very competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Called Thermal (handled by Kay). She was fantastic. Although short notice understood our needs and made special arrangements to send a tech to our place within a few hours of the call. Did everything possible but due to warranty issues, I have had to deal with manufacturer. I am hoping (due to small kids at home) that the manufacturer (Actron) are able to come and look at or replace compressor at the earliest - before hot weather returns. We have had to stay in a motel over the past 2 nights due to no air-con!!! I pray that Actron gets to us within the next few days - but due to holidays, this may require a special effort from them. However well done Thermal Air especially Kay. UPDATE 2/1/19 - Actron passed on job to Control Air. Matt from the company was fantastic after I contacted him on New Year Eve. He went out of his way to arrange a tech to come over today (2nd Jan) at 7:30 am. All fixed and happy now. Thanks to all concernedUpdate 16/1/19.On 14th and 15th saw water dripping on ground floor ceiling above the kitchen. As no other taps, showers etc were on, Actron and I assumed to be condensation problem and thus an installation problem. Once again contacted Thermal and the lovely Kay went into action. Sent their techs over today - did a thorough check and eliminated any issue with condensation, leaking pipes related to the AC coils etc etc. Once again my appreciation to Thermal and Kay for the quick action. Just fantastic. Have now arranged with builder to get the plumbers in. Coming tomorrow morning.

Terrible on the road! Managing your image by tailgating your customers is the worse you can do!
