I couldn’t be more disappointed in my latest purchase. The business seems to be in decline and customer service is extremely poor. That’s a shame because the quality of the gear is great.I received no tracking information then had to contact a mobile number on the website. The new owner assured me everything was sent but still had to wait another week for them to arrive. Brisbane to Gold Coast. Then discovered they were one item short for which I am still waiting. It’s now been 1 month since I made the order. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I purchased three golf shirts online from Fayde Golf following their advert in Golf Digest. They arrived quickly but I had chosen a size far too big and needed to exchange them. I called Justin and he was happy to change the sizes and post them to me. He is enclosing a reply paid return pack for me to send the others back. Great service.
