I had waxing of my eyebrows and upper lip done here. My eyebrows or lip weren’t wiped, the wax was on my eyelid, the tweezers weren’t even clean as I watched her wipe them of hairs with her finger!I have many hairs left on my upper lip still. There was excessive amount of wax used. My eyebrows look ok but due to the wax being on my eyelids, they became very irritated. Hands weren’t washed between clients either, no tweezers used on upper lip. Lack of hygiene, care and service.

I highly recommend the Beauty and Brow Palour. I drive from Williamtown to Mount Hutton to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted because nobody else compares. Customer service is 10/10 and so is the job they do.

Great experience. Had my chin, lip and eyebrows threaded. She was very thoughtful when I was being pedantic about my eyebrows for my wedding. Highly recommend!

Good brow service. I walked in Sunday and it wasn’t busy at all. I had tinted my eyebrows and lashes, it took in total 20 minutes and result was really good! I’ve paid $31 for the service which I found as really good price. I would recommend this service, because I had different types of experience with brow saloons but this one is good.
