Torc Céilí Club

Torc Ceili Club is a club I have always wanted to be a part of. With weekly dancing lessons in Irish dancing with the most amazing instructor and group of people. Its a fun filled way to keep fit and lift your spirits! We have events as well which are wonderful evenings filled with live music and dancing! You won't find a better party in Perth!

I would give Torc 10 stars if I could. Such a brilliantly welcoming group. I frequently leave class with a sore face from laughing as well as sore (but happy!) legs. The teacher Caroline has done an amazing job of fostering a sense of community, belonging and fun. The weekly adult class on a Tuesday starts with half an hour of solo Sean Nos (old style) dancing and then an hour of traditional ceili or team dances. Frequently people stay for a drink or bite to eat afterwards upstairs in the Irish Club.

A group where everyone feels welcome to come and learn Irish Dancing, no matter your level or experience (I had none!). Laughter is part of every class. Taught by a teacher who has ‘the patience of a saint’. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to find a group where everyone belongs.
