The young plumber was great, helpful and very professional. Thankful they were able to come out on a public holiday, it was costly but needed to be done.Glad we were able to use local tradies also. Definitely recommend immerse plumbing and gas.

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and I was mowing the lawn, as I had done a thousand times before, but this time was different.. I nicked the water meter pipe with the lawn mower (it had been already weakened by the previous owner bending it over sideways) and it started leaking water... not heavily, but enough to get my shoes wet if I stood in the stream. Called up Immerse Plumbing, Harley was in the area and came around within 30 minutes, had a look and gave me a reasonable quote without breaking the bank. Came in first thing Monday morning and fixed it up and made a little bed of gravel around the meter so I dont run it over again. 11/10 would use him again. Top bloke, top service.

Water heater went on a Saturday lunchtime. Immerse Plumbing came out that afternoon and installed a new system that I bought. Very prompt, clear and reliable. Recommend. Thank you.

It is a pleasure to deal with Harley, John and Josiah at Immerse Plumbing. Some constructive feedback is for the Immerse team to look at the big picture when actioning jobs, and not just do the minimum required at that exact moment. This would ultimately be more effective and generate customer satisfaction.

Harley himself has excellent hand skills above the standard remove/replace. I agreed verbally to a quote of $2894.00 for stormwater repair which I already had a trench dug out for (although I thought he came up to work not to quote only),A few days later Harley came out on time in the morning with 1 new 1st year apprentice and 1 young qualified tradesman, He walked them over the work to be done, left and was uncontactable later in the day when some minor problems arose due to communication between Immerse staff and parts left for the job.The Tradesman told me the job was taking them longer than expected as Harley told them it sould take 3 hours, The work was done in 5 hours. I paid the bill imediatly on site and weeks later requested an itemised bill for the work, As legally entitled by ACCC law.I give 2 stars due to value for money, speeding through work making mistakes which need return visit to rectify and witnessing work place bullying (degoratory comments, Threats of physical injury) between Immerse staff which Harley seems to think is ok becasue they are plumbers.The itemised price and response from Harley is below,Hello AndrewWednesday (5/10) initial visit to site, travel, re-measure and re-quote - $2205 hours (2 men onsite) - $360p/hr = $1800Materials - $428.022 + 30% margin = $611.46Sub Total = $2631.46GST = $263.146Total = $2894.606I gave Immerse the oportunity to ethicly review what I was charged but the company is adamant that I agreed to the verbal quote and stand by their pricing, I was offered a $200.00 refund, but after seeing this honest review, It will probably not be refunded, I will not be a return customer either way.Not when I can go elsewhere and get free quotes, <$120 ph Full tradesman and no mark up on parts and see healthy work relationships.

Could not recommend Harley and the team at immerse plumbing more! I called Harley about a leak in our toilet and he was here taking a look within half an hour then back the next morning to complete the repair. The fastest I've ever been able to get service from any tradesperson. Quality advice and service and super friendly to deal with, they even fixed up some work that had previously been done incorrectly. Definitely give them a call!

Called Harley about a broken tap in my shower he arrived in a jiffy with parts to fix the problem. He is very professional & explained what he was doing & showed me parts that he was using to complete the job all was new & straight out of a packet he is upfront & honest with cost for parts labor ETC. Absolutely Awesome guy highly recommend to anyone looking for a great respectful & honest plumber.
