Rude, obnoxious and not the slightest bit helpful. Use the Dulux Trade store at West Gosford. At least they know what they're taking about and have amazing customer service. They also have the full range of paints at the Tarde store - unlike this privately owned store that try to substitute inferior products and even attempt to sell you the wrong products knowingly.
