What can I say about this store. For as long as I can remember I have visited this store and was a regular customer until recently was accused of stealing a chocolate bar from the staff and the owner jumping to conclusions. When I returned to ask for an explanation and footage of me entering the store with the bar in my hand. She refused to show me. To then I showed proof of my purchase from a different store. Then i asked for an apology and was told that won't happen either. So I'll never be going there again. Worst customer service and very poorly managed.

I do my best to avoid going to Everyone's Favourite Local". It's unnecessarily overpriced and the customer service is poor at best. I'm being forced to give 1* but that's only for their Black and Gold Soda Water"

Worst customer service along with Bexley Store, especially management - I think they’re the owners too. They’re so rude and unhelpful.

Great family run store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Need something you only need to ask and they will get it for you. Very clean and always find the products that I need.
