First National Real Estate Mid Mountains

Use this agency at your own peril. The Licensee is abusive and has no qualms about using bullying tactics to get his way. The agency has falsified documents and cannot be trusted to follow the laws set up to protect people. They will say something to your face then deny it and lie about it. I wouldn't trust them with a few dollars let alone a house worth hundreds of thousands. Avoid them completely!

Bad communication. It felt like they didn’t want to sell the house to us? Verbally suggested an offer and was told it was too much?

Tried to pay my partners Water bill.But these Mongs won’t take Cash, who in there right mind refuses to accept cash!Again, what a deadset bunch of Mongs!!

My brother and I rented through through this Real Estate for a year and half and we had to contact Belinda multiple times in a row over urgent repair work that she claimed would be tended to but never was. Ending the lease was the icing on the cake. They first accused us of damaging the property and threatening to take our entire $1900 bond for minor wear and tear, however when we mentioned getting Fair Trading involved they coincidentally backed down the same day. They signed documentation to return our entire bond but it wasn't until TWO MONTHS later that we finally received it, but not after countless excuses on their end as to why it hadn't been done yet resulting in us having to contact them consistently via phone and email. One excuse being an unpaid water bill of $6, although on the document they signed they stated we had no money owing. Another being that they were unclear on the bank account number to return it to, and yet after we clarified it for them the property manager Belinda still managed to not only spell our name wrong but she also input incorrect bank account numbers when returning the money, again leaving it up to us to have to chase down our bond money with Rentals Bonds after being told it was now out of their hands, despite being their massive error. I've found them rude to deal with, completely incompetent and it was a massive inconvenience chasing up $1900 for 2 months.

Very kind and helpful real estate, always replies within 48 hours. Repairs are done quick.
