I get married in a year and have never looked after my skin, adult acne has set in. I booked a consultation (which was free!) and they had a look at my face and gave recommendations. Front desk girls were super nice and the treatment lady gave me a clean and a microderm. I was explained all the processes and options I had. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I previously visited Laser Clinics Willows for a Skin Package and loved the entire process. Staff were always quick to greet me and always happy to answer any fo my questions.Their wait times were very reasonable and their treatments always showed great results.I have recently booked in for an Ageless Peel and cannot wait to visit the team at the Willows store again.

Very professional and friendly service. Clinic was clean and followed all protocols for hygiene. Laser treatment was comfortable and is working extremely well. After 3 treatments for a brazilian most of my dark hair has either stopped growing or is receding. Highly recommended!!!

The girl's are very professional, lovely and friendly. Great service all the time and the girl's do a great job at making there customers feel comfortable to which is great for new customers. Have been having laser hair removal done here for a year now and it has worked amazingly! Would highly recommend trying it! I have also had skin needling done on my face which has removed lots of pigmentation! The micro facials are very relaxing too! Girls are always friendly and happy to help!

I have been to Laser Clinics twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. It is recommended that you shave before your appointment though, so keep that in mind as I didn't realise this the first time I went and had my session.The staff were very friendly and helped me with my first experience - I was given a run through of the safety requirements and also the after care once the procedure is done. The longest part of my session was simply filling in the paperwork (which thankfully is only needed to be done once), but the actual laser session is less than 5 minutes.When you go in for your session, they will give you some goggles to wear, and then you will feel a small amount of heat for where the laser hits the hair folicle. It's a very, very quick process - I did underarms myself and it only took 1-2 minutes per underarm. After you have your session, you are given some laseraid cream and then you book in a new appointment in about 4-6 weeks.AfterPay and ZipPay are both available in store, so you can prepay your sessions as well - just be aware that they are not transferrable to the Stockland store as each clinic is independent.
