Good disability transport service must book ahead limited service at times

Had xmas morning tea there. Carers and drivers and staff all super special people. They make all our trips so good and care for us 110%.

VGC always have excellent drivers and friendly ladies pciked up our calls to do our transport bookings. Drivers always on time pickup. Thank you so much

I am in a wheelchair and was at Helensvale Plaza Shopping Centre where one of your cars were parked in the wheelchair parking and the driver did not have a wheelchair person traveling with them. The time was about 9am on the 2nd October. She did not drop anyone off and she left without a passenger. The driver just parked in the wheelchair parking because she had a disabled sticker and it was convenient for her to park in the wheelchair parking.. She should not have been in any of the disabled car parking. I would not use your service after seeing one of your cars parked in a wheelchair car park. How disgraceful. I hope the media reads this review.
