The say your family then fire you during Christmas and new year break. Almost lost everything as no one hires during this time. They knew months in advance however no advanced notice was given to us so preparations could be made.This has to be one of the worst warehouse jobs I have ever worked it almost beats Amazon.

As a night time cleaner at primo, and having worked worked over 9yrs in the cleaning industry in meat factories of many different types, this factory is definitely up to standards compared to what I have seen in my experience of going onto “new” jobs, I have been at the factory for 6 months now, and have experienced a lot of different cleaning lines, as “fill in jobs” for people who are sick or on holiday, the working moral of getting the job done efficiently is definitely there, moreover the workers work as a team for the quality sides of the cleaning process, the cleaning procedures are to the book in my eyes, they definitely work for there money here, but also go home with pride, which is a homely feeling,I eat the meat, because I know it’s clean

Good priced

This is the worst place to work for they treat you like terribly. Where to begin..the walk to through the car park is about 1k, they don’t give you your own boots, you’re expected to use any. There is no training, you literally have to work so hard and get no recognition. The health and safety is terrible, slipped and hit my head against cage one of the days. No one speaks English so expect to get shouted at if you have done something wrong. Worst job I’ve ever worked for, anyone thinking of working there remember you’re way better than that.

The management takes poor decisions

Absolutely awful. Was bullied by team leader and some workers, made a complaint in writing and nothing was done about it at all. Training on the production floor is non existent, you get thrown in the deep end and told what to do by people who have very poor english or yelled at. Got a rash from the uniform, stolen boots after the first night and told just to find a pair on the rack which is someone else's. Not many people talk to you to make you feel welcomed or apart of a team, basically alot of eye rolls. The walk into the site is not covered so you hope for no rain otherwise your walking almost a 1k in the rain and they dont care. Honestly the WORST place I have ever worked in my life and will never reccomend this to any human EVER. I could stipulate events but i wont, just don't work here if you value your self worth. I should of trusted the reviews, left a good job for this!

Get there make u wait in the rain then have to walk all the way out back factory tour was shocking having to wear someone eles grubby boots no proper car park

being working here for 10 years I doing my best and I learnt everything in the Raw side...but supervisor are F%@$# useless they told me learn everything and you will get pay rise, and I did, I work hard I learnt all machines ham side and sausages side also manual handling machines and most of other stuff, so I learnt everything they told me about 3 years and they f%@$# didn't even give me a pay rise...so I quit
