Palms Bed & Breakfast

I had a peaceful RELAXING night here: my room was lovely and cosy. Teresa the HOST makes you feel right at home. My breakfast was Continental and Teresa had boiled eggs just how I love them. Such a fulfilling and satisfying BREKKY. Definitely the best BNB I've stayed at.

Stayed at the palms for 5 nights very handy location for us. Really enjoyed our stay as Theresa was a great host.

Theresa is a wonderful host. Our room was clean, the bed is comfy and our room had a huge shower and Breakfast is included. Its in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So homely, great location. The host Teresa is so lovely, kind & really good fun. Have stayed here a few times now & really feels like a home away from home. I'll be back & highly recommend to others.

I stayed in Palms Bed and Breakfast for a couple of nights and I highly recommend this place. My room's rate has already include breakfast every morning while I stayed there, private en-suite (bathroom & toilet), swimming pool facility, car park, bbq facility, etc. But what makes it so special is the friendliness of the host Teresa. She was super accommodating and looking after me, making me feel this is truly a home away from home. Thank you Teresa, I will stay there again in a near future.

This property had a 3 star rating online so I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy…I was pleasantly surprised.The location was perfect for me and was close to where my family live.Very clean.Comfortable bedFriendly and organised owner.I would stay here again.Thank you Teresa.

Great location,well located. Friendy host

Good location for where we wanted to be, close to Warwick Shopping Centre. Rooms were ok but not great, a little tired and shabby. Air Con rules were confusing, Our room was entered whenever our host felt like it, then left locked or unlocked at her discretion. Breakfast offering wasn't great for a Vegetarian/Vegan, there was no concession made at all so we avoided it after Day 1. We didn't use the pool, but the photo makes it look much bigger than it is. Teresa is an 'interactive' host, wanting a conversation in every entry and exit. Overall, friendly but a little intrusive. An ok B&B.

We stayed two nights in February 2022, rooms are nice & clean with comfortable beds and the hostess Teresa is just lovely. We highly recommend this B&B
