I had such a great time here, the staff were warm and helpful. I felt welcome and there was a very welcoming vibe that made you want to just be there. The magnesium pools were amazing to do firstly and then did the compression massage. We left feeling rejuvenated and uber relaxed. Looking forward to another visit.

Customer service is 5 stars staff super friendly. The sauna and pools were just what this tired body needed. Booking another session was super easy and I got the time that's suitable for me so thank you P3 see you tomorrow

Called two days in a row, left message on voicemail with Brigitte, no answer. NOT responsive to customers. I would put 0 star if I could.

Staff are all so friendly and make you feel looked after. Amazed at what a difference the hyperbaric and contrast pools have made to my energy and clarity. Great service at such a good price! Thank you

Great friendly staff and well kept clean and well priced. And a good mix of people of varying ages and fitness levels I didn't feel out of place.Suffering 3 bulged discs in lower back with sciatica pain down leg. Staff recommended giving the Sauna as well as the hot/cold pools a try. The pools worked really well .Walked out feeling better than I have felt in months.Will definately be back again.

Recently I told some News about more joint issues where surgery was recommended, however I’m already fused in my lower back so I was looking for alternative therapies could assist & help avoid fusion in my neck ..I decided to try P3 Recovery in Burleigh, both the Vibrosaun massage & the hot & ice cold magnesium pools ..I was blown away & loved the sequencing & duration & although difficult getting into the ice one & staying there, then going to the warm one etc .. i could totally feel the benefit & so grateful I tried ..I had such a great time from the moment I entered , the staff were warm and helpful.I felt so welcomed & supportive & the vibe was so serene… The magnesium pools were amazing to do as well as the hour long vibrosaunI most certainly will be back & will incorporate into my wellness routine ..It’s so important to look after yourself & fill your own cup first so everyone &! everything benefits…I left feeling rejuvenated and sooo relaxed. Looking forward to another visit.

We booked the infrared sauna and use the pools for a bit over an hourIt was a great experience very professionally run, and excellent facilitiesThe water therapy and cold pool experience was quite intense and not for the faint of heart but thoroughly enjoyed it and we'll definitely go again

Great place to relax and unwind, friendly staff and easy to find location. The monthly pass is great value. I use to come once a fortnight but I come several times a week now. Everything is always clean and tidy, there is something for everyone.
