I walked in off the street and was treated so kindly by Winston as if i was a regular customer , he offered great advice on framing my art along with very reasonable pricing. My art framed was done in a very short turn around with quality results.I have since gone back to Winston for more art to be framed and also sent friends in for their jerseys to be framed for sporting memorabilia.I would highly recommend him to a friend or anyone looking for this service.

I broke a frame on Sunday and popped in to get it fixed. The own was lovely and replaced the frame by 10am the following day. He sent me a picture via text of the finished piece which I was happy with. He was very friendly, well priced and a very fast turn around!

Very bad experience, seller is aggressive and wasted my time going there dropping off my art piece, he said will do it after 5 times calling me back and changing the options he said I can't do it . Had to travel back to get it back from him and 2 weeks later he said can do it went back in there he was verbally abusive in front of other buyers which I will take legal action you have no right as a seller to talk aggressive like this with no reason in Australia but maybe in China you can. Not happy with the service and he had all the orders on the floor such a messy shop. Also left a mark on my expensive silk art piece.

I wanted to get my friends grandmothers pictures framed and Winston gave me a brilliant service. I was very picky given how the art wasn’t mine and also a family piece and he met every expectation that I had asked for. He also gave me UV glass to help the pictures aging. He was very helpful and friendly and I’ll be back for more framing again.

Again excellent service from Winston. Thanks for your attention to detail and swift customer service. I’ve had roughly 10 pictures, certificates, signed golf flags and puzzles framed by Winston and all have been done to a high quality at a reasonable price.

Great experience. Beautiful job and a really fast turnaround. He went to the effort to pronounce my surname correctly and even spoke a little Dutch. He offered great advice too which made the whole thing a lot easier.

Excellent service. I received a collectable picture I received in mail from NSW that was broken. Rang this Magic Picture Framing and the owner was fantastic had my picture repaired under 1hr and very cheap price with top quality frame. Very friendly owner 10 out of 10. The only frame shop I will use in the future. Thanks very much.
