First time at Plus Fitness. The gym layout is very good with plenty of options available for your workout style also it’s very clean. They offer a casual pass as I was only dropping in for one workout. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommend

Plus fitness Thurgoona got the best thing which is mainly no lock in contract and can stop the membership at any time. The gym have a great trainer name Dora and she is very lovely and supportive. people get the free PT sessions every 8 weeks which is I think the amazing thing. Also, the gym run free classes everyday majority of the time. overall, I am very happy being around the gym members and staff members of the gym.

I first signed up at Plus Fitness 24/7 Thurgoona on a temporary basis in 2015 because they offered no lock-in contracts. The location was good, and the selection of equipments were diverse. In 2017, I returned and ended up becoming a long term member. During this time, I met wonderful people at this gym who helped me improve my strength and fitness goals. I gained not just better fitness but also amazing friends and memories that will last me for a lifetime. The gym owners, trainers and regualr goers are fun, friendly, and approachable. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, safe and supportive place to train.- Han

Plus Fitness 24/7 Thurgoona boasts welcoming, friendly and down-to-earth staff, coupled with an immaculate, well-equipped, modern and secure 24/7 facility, and topped off with a non-intimidating and supportive environment/culture.The location is also highly convenient, with free and plentiful nearby surrounding parking, with some strictly dedicated for gym members, and amenities such as a supermarket, chemist, coffee shop, butcher, bakery, post office, and several take away business on the ground floor below.From a safety/security persepctive, there are monitored cameras both indoors and outdoors, the entrance is well lit and clearly visible with no surrounding environmental obstructions to impede your view when entering and exiting the building, and there is more than adequate lighting. There are also both mounted and portable duress alarms within the gym in case of emergency.As a first time gym member, I have not once felt unwelcomed, unsupported or as though I 'didn't belong' despite my novice gym knowledge. It is amazing to be a part of a gym where the staff greet you by name, and truly make you feel valued.I cannot recommend Plus Fitness 24/7 Thurgoona any more highly.

Easily one of Albury Wodonga's best gyms. Clean, new and well maintained equipment and fantastic customer service. Definitely worth signing up for a membership.
