My Little House

One of my friends bought a single toilet from this seller, and very happy with the quality and service. Under his help, I ordered a cottage at last December. Quite easy to install. I like the design and quality, and do appreciate for the quick response from Rebecca when we have any questions to ask. Great seller!!!

We paid upfront around june/July but it's Feb and it's still not functioning. They came around end of nov to early start" but dragged on until end of Jan.It was and still a painful process.When the builders left. There was loose floorboards and skirting everywhere. Scratched where walls and floors were peeled but mostly the house was looking like a haunted house with sticky tape everywhere on the walls half scratched off.I find nothing was really never fitted properly. From floor to ceiling.We used the recommended guys for the cement and that was terrible too. They didn't have enough the make the concrete so we had a half job for almost 2-3months before they decided to come back to it.The "opening" "unboxing" of the granny flat to set up took a couple of wks on and off.Even when it was done....The builders left piles and mountains of rubbish that took weeks to clean out from left over materials to cement to dirty coffee cups and random. I wasnt quite sure they were done until I realise they weren't coming back.It's now Feb the place is still not ready.The insulation is also quite poor in this place. Even with added thicker wall insulation it's still not acceptable in this Australian heat. I have aircon running almost 24hrs now. But during the early mid noon till 4pm hrs it's like being in an oven.I did film the entire process because this was supposed to be a work studio so I had the whole building timeline filmed and documented. If anyone is interested let me know.I'm usually not one to do reviews but this experience... has been quite the nightmare that I don't wish on anyone"

We visited the site at Albion, a very professionaly set up. There were homes set up to explore. The service was exceptional. If you decide to visit seek out Rebecca, she is one of the reasons we decided to buy. Her commitment to her customer is outstanding, and an asset to her employer.

I purchased a two bedroom Cottage from these guys, it arrived and I installed it with a couple of friends over a long weekend.Big shout out guys, THANK YOU SO MUCH, very happy. I can't recommend you to others more.

OMG.... What a sensational little house !This little house is just amazing. It has EVERYTHING you need.I am particularly impressed with the quality of the inclusions. The Kitchen, the bathroom, the double glazed windows, just to name a few.From the time I first contacted 'My Little House' with an enquiry, they have treated me like one of their long time customers. Terrible builders recommended. Took a year to set up. Left a mess of a clean up.It was meant to be a work studio and because I work long hrs I bought the single bedroom premium to stay some nights.Impossible to work or sleep inside from all the loud popping noises and rattling all day within walls and roof due to probably heat and climate.I installed a large aircon but each time walking in felt like going into a sauna room taking hours to cool down in the qld climate.Floors were scratched and never fitted properly had cracks in between. Walls had scratched and markings when u tear the plastic and nothing really fitted properly.Might as well DIY with a shed from bunnings to save the headache and money

I recommend this company so highly! The staff were all amazing and so helpful from day 1! They responded within minutes every time I had a query! Every instruction manual along the way was so detailed and helpful! I ordered the premium 20ft granny flat and the quality is seriously outstanding! Cannot thank the whole team enough!

Very Easy to deal with, Cottage turned up on time and installation was a breeze thanks to the manual we were supplied. Great service and good quality which is far exceeded my expectations

I recently bought a toilet shower module. There are a number of other Companies selling these. I thought they were all the same but they are not. The shower/toilet from My Little House cost a bit more but had 5 things different to the competitors product.1. The plumbing has been done to Australian Standards2, The electrical has been fully installed to Australian Standards3. the module comes with height adjustable feet4. The price includes delivery by crane truck up to 200km5, The product comes with 3 year on site warrantyThe salesguy Mel was very helpful and able to answer all my questions, The crane truck delivery guy Ken was fantastic and he dropped it over my fence right on the spot,Very happy with the product and service.... I can totally recommend this Company based on my experience.

I have received the cottage very quickly, and vey happy with the quality. it's easy to install with the manual, and also get kindly support on phone. I will recommend it to my friends
