Trying to purchase a Super king Mattress with my hubby was quite stressful as he wants firm, I want soft etc...Walked into Bedshed Bundall and our problems were solved with the help from Cameron. We had a great experience on our purchase of a queen bed for our guest room. Being a family run business,customer service was excellent in store and on delivery. Explanation on various options was informative.Very happy with the mattress we chose, we got a great deal as well. Happy to recommend Bedshed.

Cameron attended to our purchase of a king size ensemble. He was very thorough and professional. He was not pushy. He allowed us to make our own decision in our own time. Great customer service from when we first purchased our bed until when it was delivered. The delivery team were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Having the mattress guarantee helped make our decision but thankfully we are more than happy with our new bed.Highly recommend the team at BedShed Bundall.

I had gone to 5 stores to look at purchasing 3 x mattresses. I found everyone to be extremely pushy except for these guys. I felt like I was given all the information I requested and never once did they try and push their sale. A great, honest, family business who were humble, yet very informative with their products. I would definitely recommend these guys over all the rest. Well done Bedshed Bundall!

Excellent customer service from the sale to delivery. I can't praise these guys enough. Cameron was fantastic with helping us to choose best option. Delivery was fast, just over a week (some other stores we visited had delivery times 3+ weeks). During delivery Jenna and Andy were very efficient, did excellent job with installation and all with smiles and friendly attitude. Thank you Bedshed!

My biggest piece of advice would be read the negative reviews, they are not wrong.I wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously as I would have never had shopped here.Unfortunately this company1. Delivered us mattress’ we didn’t order2. Provided us with bases that didn’t fit the mattress’I’ve been reluctant to leave a negative review but people need to be aware to NOT shop here!We were promised on delivery the mistakes would be rectified it’s been 8 months and last were told was we could return the bases for a refund. Which would leave us with mattress which wouldn’t fit standard frames/ bases.The stress and follow up on my behalf and the false promises was incredibly stressful, I was abused, my emails and calls blocked and ignored. We attended in store several times and told nobody was around to assist us. This is the short version!I’m stocked that companies like this are allowed to provide products and I cannot stress enough to future customers to go elsewhere.

Bought two beds from Bed Shed Bundall yesterday. Jenna was most helpful. Herknowledge of all their products knowledge their products was most helpful for us in deciding to go with them as opposed to other retailers. That's what they do, sell beds. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding. We will have no hesitation dealing with them again. Their prices are very competitive too.
