Best gym with the best vibe. Members are super friendly & equipment is perfect. Perfect for beginners to advanced athletes & most importantly its family friendly!! Not like those other gyms where people make you feel uncomfortable. This gym has a community/ family feel to it, reminds me of the Arnie 'Pumping Iron' era but where all are welcome.

Great classic style gym with a huge range of free weights. Never any crowds of people training and was surprised to learn they match prices from any gym in the Menai area. I wouldn't train anywhere else!

Awesome vibe, Johnny is always keen to gee you up and be sure you're getting the most out of your workout. Ol school gym, with Arnie inspiration on the walls. Good assortment of gear.
