Dishonest, and does not legally fulfil their obligations for the tenant in respects to minimum housing standards with the RTA. Expects tenants to pay for owners repairs. Ignored requests to consider pet. Instead of sending entry notice asked tradesmen to contact directly. Allowed owner to enter property without entry notice. Is non transparent, unaccountable and against the law. Does not support the tenant fairly under the RTA or advocate for repairs. Failed miserably for years after going AWOL from her business address during covid. Ray white try to buy them out but they declined. Stay away if you want a maintained rental.

Nathalie was Property Manager for my investment property in Springfield Lakes for 2 years and helped me sell it. She's excellent! Very professional, enthusiastic, easily contactable and fair for tenants. I knew what was going on with the property and I felt it was well looked after.After 2 years I decided to sell the property and Nathalie was my Sales Agent. She managed it beautifully. It was sold quickly for much more than I expected.I definitely recommend Nathalie. She's great!

Renting in Springfield Lakes, through La Vie Property Solutions for the past 8 years, has been stress free. Nothing is a problem, they are efficient, prompt and extremely personable. The whole team is fabulous. If you want to rent or you want renters, I cannot recommend La Vie enough.

We have only been with Nathalie for a short while, but she has taken over our rental property management in Springfield Qld after a previous management service left us with quite a mess to deal with.Nathalie has been exceptional in ensuring that outstanding invoices and Maintenance has been rectified in a non-stressful and quick manner, leaving us the owners and more importantly our tenant very happy.She has always acted in a professional manner and is quick to respond to my many questions patiently.Nathalie is quickly earning our respect and trust. I highly recommend Nathalie as a real estate agent. She was very professional and helpful in finding a tenant for my rental property. She screened all applicants carefully and presented me with a shortlist of qualified tenants. She also negotiated a fair rent for me and handled all the paperwork smoothly. She also just assisted in the sale of our rental property for a fair commission compared to competitors. I would definitely use Nathalie again if I ever need to rent out or sell a property in the Springfield region.

We were tenants in a rental property managed by La Vie Property Solutions for 4yrs. During this time we were always well looked after by the Property Manager. We found the process of moving in and moving out very smooth, even when we had to break lease towards the end of our tenancy. Any requests were dealt with in a timely manner. La Vie Property Solutions were always polite and professional and it was a pleasure being one of their tenants.
