Tammy and her team are amazing. I get an SNS manicure with extensions and shellac pedicure. They always look immaculate and everyone comments on them. They always last so long. Everyone there is lovely. Tammy does amazing designs in your nails as well when you need inspiration. I always bring a photo of something I want done and she pulls it off flawlessly.

My nails, both hands and feet, look so messy and awful. Paid $90 and took 2 hours. I was injured several times from the electric tools they use to file and buff nails. At least 3 different people worked on me.So disappointing and need to get them redone elsewhere.

I come here on and off since it’s close to my work, however I’ve never received a great experience here, I always wait for ages, the girls are slow, the owner is rude and most are not thorough. But the last two times was just shockingly bad! I made an appointment and they still made me wait 15 minutes and didn’t apologise. The second time I made an appointment they still made me wait, and the male staff member barely cleaned the dry skin off my feet and toes. So, when I asked to cut a bit more off, he snapped at me and called me difficult! Disgusting manners and zero customer service. That’s the last time I am coming back.

Had a terrible experience with a nearby salon and wandered into this one after. So lovely in comparison, sat me straight away. There was a little wait but nothing too outrageous they got you moving along fairly quickly and the staff were friendly and attentive. Recommend this salon.

This place is amazing, everyone is so nice and they do such a great job. I went there yesterday and they saved my nails from another place I went to. I am definitely going back and definitely recommending this place to everyone.

This was my second time here it was so amazing! The staff are so kind and lovely, they did my design so perfect. Hight quality products used and the gems have stayed on for a week and counting. I got SNS with tips and they haven’t chipped/Cracked. Very affordable and would definitely recommend! I’m in love with my nails. You NEED to visit LA spa and nails at least once.

Terrible service. The staff are very rude and talk loudly to each other. It is difficult to relax and enjoy the procedure. The woman who served me was talking to a colleague so much that she didn't realise when she ran her hand over my freshly polished nails and ruined them. She accused me of it. It was my first visit, but I will never go there again.

There is a very sweet, friendly lady who sweeps the floor - she greets you when you come in. She made the experience +2 stars better. I had my gel nail polish removed, and she barley took it off, and left my nails with polish on them. She didn’t even clean them up after. Disappointing experience. This was $10!?

I was told 1 minute wait… I waited 30 mins and then the lady was extremely rude and kept pushing and pulling my feet aggressively like she wanted to hurt me haha. I asked her to be more gentle twice and then walked out Shop with wet feet. Won’t go back !
