I've been a patient since 1989, without doubt the best, most caring Doctors and staff ever. Have had different Doctors at different times there, have found them all the same, quality,excellent.

I was depressed because of the implonnon they put in my arm & they wouldn't take it out, they refused to even tho it made me have major depression and suicidal. Such a bad medical centre. I would not advise anyone to go there! They dont listen to your needs! They do whats best for the doctors, not the patients, as it should be!! So i changed doctors! The doctor linda wanted to give me drugs instaid of fixing my problem and taking it out!!!

only went there once but the doctor i seen was professional, caring and didn't beet around the bush like some doctor's I've had the displeasure to go to. Thumbs up from me :) but they didn't have a water fountain thingy. :(

Absolutely appalling, wouldn’t visit my baby because she’s not a current customer and she’s got a cold so no because she might have corona virus.Can we move on please?! Can we go back to be more human? Not treating people like we’re a pest? Disappointed, totally disappointed.

Good staff with solid safe work practices in place, Lindsay is one of the best nurses in the business and Dr Watts did a great job of removing my cyst. It's a bit far to travel from Casino, but it's worth the drive.

Rude and obstructive receptionists. Charge like a wounded bull. You wait ages because they can't organise themselves. Very poor communication with the customer. Avoid - there are far better and cheaper alternatives locally.

I haven’t had a bad experience here, doctors, nurses and admin have always been helpful. It’s just so hard to make an “on the day” appointment when you’re really sick. Today the medical centre was booked out at 8:04am. Such a shame.

Doctors are great.There is one person on the desk who is always rude and has twice now paywaved my Card after telling her Savings account. Might be time to move on. Cant tolerate ignorance.

Admin/reception staff always give you a bad experience, for my wife and myself, on many different occasions ,(the doctors are great very professional ) there is never a smile ,just very rude you feel your not welcome there, even the last visit my youngest daughter told me the lady was pointing at you and laughing while talking to a customer it upset her ,we were paying and leaving,I think our family will find a new Medical centre .

I travel 35 minutes to go there from Byron as the service, both from reception staff and doctors has always been so professional.
