I really just want some nice soft cookies from your bakery. Been in 3 times hoping for something better each time but all of them are stale and rock hard. Not happy, please make sure the boxes are closed when you put them out and not over-bake them.

Went to this store yesterday to discover that the 12 items or less checkout had been removed and replaced with more self serve checkout. Only a small number of normal checkouts available now in this store. These large companies need to realise that not all customers are willing to use this modern non personal system.

Best to place grab all needs- This store offers all type of Groceries and staple items- Indian type spices are also available- Packed food items- Cleanly maintained and helpful staff- We used the trolleys by inserting 5 rs. coins and take back once settled in the right place. very nice and fun :)

This is the worst place in existence. The thought of having to attempt to drive my vehicle into that god forsaken car park makes me want to pass out from an aneurysm. Then, I’ll be bent over and robbed of a significant portion of my already thinly stretched salary, and on top of that, they expect me to pay 15c for a bag to put all of my overpriced groceries in. The worst part about this place is that they have the hide to put “new low price” and “prices dropped” tags on the shelves - no, Coles, stop lying to me, at least be honest to me and have tags like “prices have never been higher!” while you pile drive me from behind and rob me of every hard earned cent remaining in my bank account.

Great store. They have retained the deli department, unlike the central Geelong store. They are always well stocked, have an extensive bakery section, including indulgent sweet treats. Very friendly staff too.
