Forget customer service here. It cannot be found. There is absolutely no service or exceptions. Cafe was dead and the chef refused to heat a sandwich before 8am. Cooked food couldn't be served before 8am, but not a display sandwich 20 min before cooking was to begin? Zero exceptions all because of control and stinginess. If it weren't for the view and the only cafe around the area, this place would be unsuccessful.

Pavilion Cafe & Bar
Went here this morning at sunrise and sat on the balcony over looking the horses swimming in the bay and the little row boats leading them. Very picturesque but not the nicest smell on the breeze. Food was very tasty but a bit on the pricey side (paying for location I guess). Very friendly and attentive waitresses. Lovely spot.

Excellent coffees and the foods are simply amazing! We loved it!!Our son loved the thick pancake with ice cream and a strawberry milkshake. We also ordered The Pavilion and Eggs on Toast with additional mushrooms and hash browns for breakfast and enjoyed them very much. Only problem is the knife provided doesn’t cut the sourdough toast at all. Management should consider providing steak knife when sourdough bread is served.

The location of the cafe is really good. It's very buzzing during peak hours. Food is just average and overpriced. Not much vegetarian options.I would only go back to have a coffee and to enjoy the view.

Location is great and view is superb. Food was mediocre though. Very expensive lunch meals for not a lot of value. Not bad by any means, but not worth the $130 price tag for lunch.

We just had a great fun & delicious brunch here (Sat). Our waiter Lucas was so on the ball he is a bonus too Excellent and great views too good coffee

Very busy place, I called ahead & made a reservation. Was seated promptly, asked if I wanted coffee and I ordered right away.Food came before coffee. Wasn’t offered any water for the table. Several staff walked by and never checked in, until they saw an empty plate. Sourdough bread over toasted, I struggled to use the butter knife to cut the toast. Hollandaise sauce needs work, it was just melted butter. Overall I’ve had better service and food back home.

GREAT VIEW!! Food was amazing especially the pulled pork burger! I did not give it 5 stars because their staff(maybe the owner?) was not very welcoming. Don't get me wrong, they were professional but you don't feel like they welcome you to be there. Anyways, I still recommend this cafe.
