I’ve had much better experiences. I had a pedicure and a full set done .. my toes where very rushed and messy, 3 of my nails where glued on crooked and when I said something about it I got told “ not our problem “ I’m actually really disappointed. Also kept bumping up the price as we went, I asked for my toe nails to be cut, I was told “ extra $5” but as far as I knew it was included?? Also asked for my nails to be square round, that’ll be an” extra $10 “ and then the colour I chose for my nails was an extra amount to. All up it was just shy of $200 … I won’t be going back and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience

11am appt, didn’t start till 11.30. Maybe don’t book on top of each other. Nail tech cut my finger rushed with the filing. Then charged me an extra $15 for adding a bit more base to two nails! Bit rude I thought considering late start and filing blimp. Can’t say I’ll grace their doorstep any time soon. I will add that the young girl who painted my nails was lovely.

Friendly and lovely place to have a pedicure. Great service, nice massage and great attention to detail. This is the second time I’ve been here and I will be back. A great salon.

So I went and got my nails done,only wanted them plain black and stiletto,the nail artist that did my nails was named Annie or something like that.Anyway she was clipping the size and asked how lone I wanted them,I said a bit longer and she told me it was an extra five dollars for the length,the length is half a centremetre off my finger,they will try and charge you extra for any little thing

Had overlays done for my granddaughter to try and help stop chewing nails. Almost a fortnight and they are still going well.She did comment one of the staff were extremely rude! Unfortunately I wasn't present, or this would have been highlighted and rectified.Had overlays elsewhere that didn't last a week, started falling off, so we are happy.

My mum, grandma and I went together to get a pedicure and my grandma got a manicure also. The preparation of the nails was really good. Love the spa. They however had a guy who wasn't able to paint nails yet paint mine and my grandma's nail polish. He took a very long time and my grandma ended up taking an extra 45 minutes on top of ours to get her fingers and toes painted. The finished nails were not good. My grandma said she kept getting hurt when he put his nails around her nails to clean up the edges. My grandma went back and told them and they apologised and that was that. Not sure we will go back. Might travel a bit further to have a better experience.

After reading the comments here I want to leave a review that I've never thought to leave, pronails has always been an ok experience to get nice nails and even without an appointment they will fit you in, however every single time I have been there the staff have been extremely unfriendly and rude, constantly speaking in their own language and laughing and I know it's about me or another client because they don't refrain from making it obvious that they are being nasty behind their language, like the nail tech after telling them something will say something to all the other staff and they'll all look at you and laugh, it's the rudest most unprofessional customer service, I am surprised that management have not stepped in and put a stop to it when there are so many reviews stating the same!!! I would not be surprised if they are losing a lot of money and business as a result of their obnoxious behaviour, who wants to pay for that kind of treatment!! Not me that's for sure...

Booked in advance as I only had one day free to do my beauty appointments was told that they definitely would be able to do the service I requested. Showed up for my appointment on time 15 minutes early told they were not available for another hour and they don’t offer the service originally requested. They offered an alternative option that was extremely overpriced. Very disappointed but what can you expect from a business in northern rivers there seems to be very few that are not out to take advantage.

Staff are nice, especially the guys! (Sorry I didn't get your names guys).They give you water while you wait. Anny and Kathy did a great job. Awesome french polish, I'm really happy with it. Thank you

I’ve been going to pronails at the square for years and always had good experiences there. The service has gone down hill ever since reopening. More then half the staff can speak zero English and need someone to come and translate for them. They’ve nicked my skin multiple times and I honestly believe a child could do better. They don’t complete a proper service anymore, just file the nail and paint it. Barely any cuticle care. While getting my nails done I saw them throw out a heap of bloody tissues cause I’m clearly not the only one to be injured. Don’t think I’ll be coming back again
