Aussie Adventures Educational Centres

I visited today for the first time ever at Aussie Adventures! I was not greeted the way a parent/ person should be greeted! The director was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just dropping off something important to a friend and the director came across as rude and was uncalled for and could of been handled in a more professional manner. Going by how the director treats people, it definitely reflects on how she runs her centre.Very disappointed & don't recommend at all!

Miss Darin and Miss Lisa, do an awesome job running the Educational Centre, it will be coming up on 2 years that we have been taking our boy to school here, his had his ups and downs but I can honestly say everytime I have seen either of them over the 2 years going to the centre, they are always working really hard and always going over and above doing the best they can. The mini farm is such a great idea with an endless life skill for the kids that young to learn and adopt.Thankyou you kindly for your efforts and help with our boy and family

We wouldn't send our little ladies anywhere else. All of the staff are amazing, facilities are awesome and the kids come home happy everyday.10/10 would recommend

Best child care centre by far.

Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience. The Centre looks lovely and we would have loved it to work. They have farm animals and a great outdoor area, though what good are these if you don’t feel your child is getting the care they need?Directions were not followed for my baby- I advised she needs two sleeps a day. She was coming home miserable and zombie like. I was not getting a daily run down of meals/bottles etc and when I would ask I was spoken down to and even told I was asking the wrong person.On the first day we were not approached for anyone to introduce themselves to my son, a 2.5 year old. Every day dropping him we were leaving him crying and by himself and most of the time no one would come and take him from us. I even arrived early one day (in covid times where I had to wait outside) and I could hear my son sobbing for 10-15 mins.Maybe I am a helicopter parent and this centre would be fine for some; it wasn’t for us. It’s hard enough leaving our babies to go to work, let alone leaving them crying and visibly not taken care of. We are now at a new centre and the babies are much happier and back to their happy little selves.I’m sorry Aussie adventures to leave this review; but you seemed in denial when I mentioned above to you, I would like to let other parents thinking of your centre to know that there is very little structure or routine to the days there.

This daycare is the best. All the staff are wonderful and are happy. My kids always loved getting dirty and really enjoy the massive play areas also not a clinical/fake feel like some other daycares.

Caring Family Orientated Daycare, best bunch of girls ever who look after your kids as if they are their own!
