We would never purchase a property or recommend Dee Sheehan or this agency to our worst enemy she is only interested in the commission on the conclusion of the sale.Yes she will be very accommodating and will make all the promises you want to hear until an issue arises.we recently assisted our daughter and her husband to purchase a house in Helena Valley there were numerous problems with the occupier right from the beginning but Dee Sheehan gave us a guarantee she would make sure all the issues would be resolved before handovershe insisted on conducting a final inspection whilst the occupier was still moving out without any of the issues resolved but once again gave her assurance she would make it happen, it never did and in spite of numerous phone calls and emails she refused to answer or return calls.The property was finally vacated and left with a shed full of rubbish, tyres, oil & paint leaving us with the cost of disposal.I have given her a single star as the post will not let you post a review without a star rating it should be minus 5Don't get caught with money grabbing agents buyer beware
